“I’m Afraid of Making the Wrong Decision”
Dear Franca,
Whenever I have an important choice to make, I spend so much time worrying about making the wrong decision that I end up doing nothing.
Franca Says:
Many people assume successful individuals always know exactly what decision to make.
The reality is that most people are working with incomplete information and doing their best with what they know at the time.
The fear of making a mistake can be more limiting than the mistake itself.
Most decisions are not permanent. They can be adjusted, refined, or corrected as circumstances change.
What matters is making thoughtful choices rather than perfect ones.
Growth often comes from experience, and experience usually comes from action.
Sometimes the biggest risk is not choosing the wrong path.
It is standing still for so long that opportunities pass by entirely.
