1. Believe You’ll find happiness then believe in it.

2. Give thanks and show appreciation, make gratitude your attitude.

3. Enjoy pleasures but do not bank your happiness on it.

4. Put truth into the centre of your existence be honest and authentic.

5. Invite happiness into your life each day and make it a priority.

6. Forgive and forget, the more you let go, the higher you fly.
